Great opportunity for career oriented Account Manager to work as a liaison between the pharmacy and client facilities in New York area.

 

Job duties:

Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned client facilities.

Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities; ability to relate to client needs.

Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with customers and to solve client facilities issues.

Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.

Audit antibiotic/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.

Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal are placed and medications are not expired.

Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

 

Requirements:

Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information

Certified Nursing Assistant desire

Driven and motivated problem-solver

Computer literate

Self started

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

Position Title:  Third Party Billing Rep

Status:  Full Time

Shift: 1st plus every other weekend

FSLA: Non-Exempt

Under general supervision of a Billing Department Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations responsible to process all billing inquires in a timely and accurate manner.

Job duties:

Research and establish patient eligibility coverage with insurance providers (state and private)

Determine and process insurance rejections in accordance to the daily report.

Maintain and update patient billing and insurance information in the system.

Interact with insurance company on daily basis in regards to overrides, rejections and insurance updates.

 

Requirements:

H.S. diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of experience in LTC pharmacy or three (3) years of experience in retail pharmacy.

Strong written and mathematical skills.

Computer literate.

Must be detail oriented.
